Description of the use case supported:
- 170.315(d)(13)(i) Multi-factor authentication:
During log-in process, after user name and password are verified, user is asked one of the security questions, previously selected by this user during registration. If the first question is answered incorrectly, the second question shows up. If the second question is answered incorrectly, the user is prompted to provide his/her email address. The email address is supposed to be the same as the one stored in the system. If email address is confirmed. a link to the security questions page is sent to that email address. User receives a message, clicks on the link, updates his/her security questions and answers and logs in without having to answer the security questions.
